Every body’s history and genetics influences its systems. The human body is a set of complex, interconnected and interdependent systems that interact with itself and its environment. At our practice we listen. Patiently, attentively and openly so that we can find, identify and collect information specific to the situation or challenge our patients are facing.
As a clinic committed to living a life of health, we know that having access to the right resources is more important than ever. We’ve created a permanent library of articles researched and written by our doctors to serve as a guide in the growing world of wellness.
Did you know that licensed Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) in Wisconsin are currently unable to prescribe even basic medications? A growing number of patients and providers are urging lawmakers to expand NDs’ scope of practice to include the ability to prescribe essential (non-opioid) medications—just as many other states have done successfully. Show your support by emailing your Representatives.

CREDENTIALS

Dr. Jannine Krause is a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist and host of The Health Fix Podcast who enjoys helping women and men optimize mental and physical performance. She believes no sport, hobby or bucket list activity is out of the question at any age and is helping clients discover their unique needs to optimize their health. When she’s not out on an outdoor adventure with her husband and doggo, Bryan, she can be found in her kitchen whipping up new recipes from something she grew in her garden.

Terry Wojcik knows her heart’s work is helping people feel vibrant, confident, and truly at home in their own skin.
For a decade she owned an organic health-food deli, and that experience opened the door to her deeper path into holistic healing. During those years she discovered that food is truly medicine. What we eat becomes the foundation for how we heal, how we feel, and how we show up in the world. Supporting others through nourishing food made Terry realize that she needed to support herself in the same way. She wanted to keep her body and mind steady, healthy, and full of life.
Along that journey she explored many healing modalities, but Reiki was the one that immediately felt like home. After her very first session she felt deeply relaxed, clear, and able to release what no longer served her. That experience sparked a passion in her, and she went on to complete Reiki Level I and II training.
Terry’s purpose in life has always been to help people feel good in their bodies and recognize the goodness and light within themselves. She truly believes in the power we all have to heal.
Terry has explored many beautiful healing practices including ecstatic dance, intuitive painting, equine therapy, drumming, acupuncture, sound baths and Qigong. These experiences helped her feel alive, grounded, strong, and more connected to every part of who she truly is. They continue to be a part of her own wellness practice today.
When Terry offers Reiki, she explains it as feeling like she is pouring love into every person who comes to her. She holds space for their energy to rise, their body to soften, and their inner healing to unfold in its own natural way.
